One of the neat things I’ve seen at big conferences is live “tweets” being displayed at the breaks…or as a part of an Q&A from the audience. A lot of the “cool” churches with younger audiences are doing it too. It’s one thing to encouraging tweeting (come-on guys tweet using #weresocool)…it’s another to have it actively displayed where everyone can see it. Showing “tweets” is incentive for participation. We all want to see our own stuff don’t we?
ParaTweet is a company that offers “a practical twitter tool for live experiences.” This software pulls twitter feeds and displays them ready for full screen viewing. Plus they have live moderation to stop the idiot BEFORE he tries to hijack your conversation. (You know, there’s one in every crowd).
There are different price points, depending on your needs. Good news, FREE is one of those prices.
