Announcing you have an event is not enough.

  • Are there any costs involved?
  • Where is this event located?
  • Do I need to register ahead of time?
  • What are the start and end times?

Clearly this is easier to do in paragraph form, and you should always have more information on your website. But your smaller printed ads and PowerPoint graphics can benefit too.
