The temptation is to go fast, gulp our dinner, chug down our drinks and move on to the next thing on our plates. They even call it “fast” food.

Watch your pace. Are you rushing through life?

Consider sipping.

And I’m talking more than just eating. Some feasts for the stomach. Others for the eyes. Others for the ears. Others for mind.

Sip…savor the flavor.
Stop and smell the roses.
Enjoy. Relax. Refresh. Reconnect.

The good things in life never last as long as you think they will, and you won’t know how much they mean until they are gone.

Make the time. Whatever it is that you are rushing to will still be there when you are done.
